Hand picking, softly pressed, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at temperature under 20°C. Maturation in large oack barrels on the lees for 6 months. Ageing in bottle at least 6 months.

Bright straw yellow, the aroma is elegant and complex with floral and fruity notes, minerals. On the palate freshness, acidity, long finish.
